The system is an ideal Purchasing and Procurement management system, and is currently configured to manage procurement processes at Glaxo Smith Kline, Orange Electric and Associated Newspapers Limited (ANCL) – In this configuration eDGEVANTAGE supports concepts such as vendor rating and also automates the generation of several official documents which are part of the process – Purchase Orders, Goods Receipt Notes, Delivery Notes, Payment Vouchers etc…

Customer support
At Standard Chartered Bank the system is used to manage 16 customer facing processes from Account Openings, to Phone Banking Transactions to Credit Card Bonus Points redemption. The system captures all the process related documents and indexes same, so that all documents relating to a particular client / account can be easily retrieved. eDGEVANTAGE also ensures that services levels are always met by the back office teams and enables the bank to deliver a consistent level of service to the client at all times.

human resources
eDGEVANTAGE has been deployed at CIS Holdings in the US and Thailand where HR Reviews are managed via the system. Once set the system will remind each supervisor of pending reviews and set an alert until completed. The system also can be used to manage bonus calculations based on set tasks on a weighted average index.
