Personal Porter (P2) is an Australian company set up to provide baggage pickup and delivery services globally. The company's main channel for generating business is the web portal set up by SP Solutions. The portal allows users to obtain a quote for door to door delivery of baggage so that travelers can eliminate the hassles of travelling with heavy luggage and also logistics problems such as lost and delayed baggage. The system can handle both single leg as well as round trip delivery and is interfaced to DHL Australia for rates and pick and delivery scheduling and tracking. The rate engine for all the transactions is provided by another Australian logistics software company Ms Parcel House Ltd.

Electronic Funds Transfer Platform
Standard Chartered Bank

The EFT system built and licensed to Standard Chartered Bank is developed in ASP.NET and used a MS SQL Server database. The system allows the bank to collate all SLIPS, and non- SLIPS transaction requests it received from customers across all its various customer facing platforms such as phone banking, internet banking, branches etc.. and review these transactions correcting any deficiencies and then making a single file which is sent across to Lanka Clear in the SLIPS – SLATCH format. The system contains a myriad of validations and controls that ensure that transactions are not rejected due to incorrect or insufficient data. The system conforms to the security and audit standards of the Standard Chartered Group UK and has been accepted by the SCB Group as a viable application.

Hemas Hospitals

The system is a comprehensive patient centric hospitals management system. And is designed to ensure patients have a pleasant and positive experience with Hemas Hospitals. The system allows the hospital to maintain a comprehensive portfolio of information on the client and manage diagnosis and treatment plans for all outpatients, in-patients, and channel patients. The entire hospital is plugged into the system and users are able to communicate between departments requesting for services and updating test results etc. The system also allows Hemas Hospitals to manage all aspects of the business from managing rooms and beds as well as managing doctors and medical practitioners, all wards are managed electronically and communication between ward doctors, nursing staff and visiting specialist consultants are all managed via the system.

End to End Destination Management
Diethelm Travel Sri lanka

Strategic Partnership Solutions collaborated with Ms Travelize AB of Sweden to develop a web based destination management portal for Diethelm Travel Sri Lanka (formerly Hemtours) and part of the Hemas Group. The core booking engine and content management engine developed and marketed by Travelize have been coupled with several new components built by SP Solutions which include a transport, guide and chauffeur management system as well as a comprehensive group quote generation system. The result is Sri Lanka's first fully integrated Destination Management Portal, which automates the entire business operation for Hemtours and allows them to publish packages created using the system for multiple destinations and manage all stakeholders including customers, agents (resellers), hotels, guides and chauffeurs. The system also tracks processing of a booking, creates and delivers vouchers to suppliers and allows both online credit card transactions as well as bulk payment updates
