Managing Director and CEO as well as a Licensed Chartered Secretary; Neidra handles the finance function and is also the public face of the company in Sri Lanka. She is a television presenter and voicing artist, in addition to her duties at SP Solutions.
Jehan Bastians
Director and Head of Business Development; Jehan is a Qualified Chartered Marketer and Holds an MBA from the Post Graduate Institute of Management Sri Lanka which is affiliated to the University of Sri Jayewardenepura. Jehan has been a technology base marketer for over 10 years, having worked at Suntel for 7 years in the capacity of Head of Corporate Solutions, also designing and marketing customised, integrated data and voice solutions for corporate entities in Sri Lanka.
Cassim Farook
Director Technical and Customer Support; Cassim functions as lead architect and heads the development team. He is a graduate of Informatics Institute of Technology affiliated to the Manchester Metropolitan University, UK. He is currently reading for his MBA at ICBT, which is affiliated to the University of Manipal India. Cassim counts over 6 years of experience in a technical management capacity having functioned as a team leader , solutions manager and architect for e-Builder Systems in Sri Lanka.
Suni Bastians
Internal Traffic Manager and HR Manager - Suni plays dual roles by assisting the project manages to handle staffing and allocation issues while also managing a team of developers who need to be supported and encouraged in upgrading their knowledge and expertise. Suni is a software developer by profession but has taken a decision to shift his area of focus to HR Management where he puts his skills of interaction to good use. As a result we have a very low rate of staff turnover in an industry where staff turnovers are extremely high.
