Any process can be scheduled to start at a predefined time each day/week/month and tasks can be assigned to different users.
Can routine activities be used to trigger a process?
Yes, events such as: a user completing and submitting a web form; or a user scanning and placing the scanned document is a predefined network folder which can trigger a invocation of a workflow, which will thereafter take the defined process route.

Yes the system provides some basic document management functionality which supports archiving and easy retrieval of customer documents which are already scanned into the system.

Document retrieval is supported by specialized search criteria which can search for document date, date the document was added to the system, and key words set at the time of adding.
