History
Strategic Partnership Solutions was formed 4 years ago to build and market Edgevantage which is our flagship product. However in order to keep cash flows positive during the initial design and development phase we started developing web sites for our customers. However since we were more development oriented our sites took on new a functional focus and we are now known for our functionally superior sites. While marketing our Process Management Platform both in and outside Sri Lanka we came across several development opportunities to work with clients who needed bespoke development.
Our first projects were for an Australian Company called e-Builder who commissioned us to build the front-end site for Personal Porter and in Sri Lanka Hemtours who commissioned us to customize the Travelize platform for Sri Lankan operations.
Culture & Values
The culture at SP Solutions is relaxed and is based on getting the job done. Our staff is empowered to make their own decisions and are always encouraged and rewarded for performance. Work times are flexible within meeting customer needs and customer interaction moments. The organization is very flat and there is only one tier of management in the hierarchy.
